Terms of Service & Business Policies

1. Business Identity
Audio production and mastering services are operated by Alexander von Esmarch.

2. Services Offered
We provide professional audio recording, mixing, mastering, dialogue editing, podcast editing, and music production services. All final assets are delivered digitally.

3. Refund and Revision Policy
Due to the custom and digital nature of audio engineering, all sales of final high-resolution audio files are final. Project revisions are priced directly into each individual contract or deal agreement. If you have concerns about your master, please communicate them during the revision window specified in your project agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project booking at any time prior to the start of engineering, mixing, or mastering work for a full refund. Once technical audio work has begun, payments made for time, labor, and studio resources are non-refundable.
